To whom it may concern,It is stated on our website, confirmation emails and other areas that all of our products are custom build to orderAll of our products are hand crafted and take time to createWhen the customer contacted us stating there was an issue we replied immediatelyWe told the
customer that we can do a rebuild or a refund, however, we would need the product backWe offered to refund the return shipping VIA *** *** (which we do for all of our other customers)*** refused and suggested we send a label to his address, which I did*** states he did not receive the labelHe opened a *** *** case, and we provided our evidence of a label being created and our emails exchanged with ***They ruled in our favor and let us keep the funds for the item, because we never received it back after offering a refund on the shipping costs and providing a label that was sent to himWe have a rebuild ready for the customerWe are also willing to honor the refund for the total amount paid, once the item is received back at our shop addressAfter offering to refund the shipping costs and sending a return label to him I am at a loss for how to proceedWe do not wish to cause any inconvenience or stress for any of our customers and we work hard to resolve issues that do ariseI do have the emails and other documents saved on my computer should they be needed Thank you for your time,Ortiz Custom Pods
