The business owner reached out once in leaving his phone number. I as a customer should nit have to chance the business owner. It should be the business owner contacting the customer. At this point it is my 20 phone calls to the owners 3 phone calls. After my reaching out for the 21 phone call, we have a scheduled appointment for Monday, May 9th at 12:30. Will see if someone actually shows up and corrects the problem to my satisfaction. But not sure how this can be determined since the business purposely has waited till the winter and snow season is over. Will not be able to tell if I will still have snow enter my garage till next winter.
