My first time ordering shoes through this seller. I encountered them through Amazon. I am disappointed tremendously. The shoes had specks of painted on them. The bottom of the shoes looked like they were returned. I payed for new shoes. The box look like someone stomped on it. What kind of people work there. I'm iffy about Amazon now because this is not my first bad experience through them. Just beware.

Review: I have purchased Sorel snow boots that are supposed to be 'water proof' ( its engraved on the shoe sole).

9 days into my purchase at the first snow storm I wore them my feet got soaking wet! they were defective.

I came back to the store to ask for EXCHANGE. the manager ( a women) checked my boots and felt for her self how the inside of the boots is soaking wet.

she did not have my boots in stock, refused to check other location refused to order for me, offered me completely different design and color and I declined and asked for refund so I can buy them somewhere else cause I want those specific boots. she refused

I ended up with defected boots that I can not wear and I paid $104 for them.

this is very very wrong, if they dont have what I purchased they should refund me not give me store credit.

I really hope the Revdex.com can help me in this matter, I feel powerless against them.Desired Settlement: full refund.

Review: In January I came across Orva Shoe store online as I was looking to replace my old boots that were 3 years old but absolutely felt comfortable and really liked them. Orva Shoes had same exact boots made by [redacted] only difference was the color which it was no problem. After wearing them in my house they felt very uncomfortable. I was very surprised because my first [redacted] boots still feel comfortable but I needed to replace them as they are worn out. The shoes also had decorative flat studs on the edges in front and side that begin to break off and came loose. I contacted Orva Shoe customer service and asked for authorization for return. They agreed to accept my return. I shipped the shoes back and Orva Shoes received them. Weeks have passed and I have not had any communication about my refund. On May [redacted], 2014 I have made numerous attempts with Orva customer service to track my return status and refrain my refund. I have email documentation to verify it. Custoemr service assured me the funds of total $87.00 will be refunded to my account. On May [redacted], 2014 my bank account does reflect Orva Shoes deposit the full amount while charging my account again for $87.00 following the credit deposit. At the end, I have written another email to Orva customer service to notify them about this and I have received another response that the issue was resolved. I have contacted my bank to verify my account and they also agreed the refund was placed with following charge right after. In conclusion, I was charged $87 for shoes that I no longer have as they were returned and I did not receive any refund. I am very dissatisfied and upset how I was treated by Orva Shoes as well being lied to.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund what is owed to me which is $87.00 Since Orva Shoes charged my account without my second authorization I had to close my debit card to stop potential future unauthorized charges by Orva Shoes. At this point I have lost my trust with Orva Shoes and request a refund in form of Certified Check.
