I am rejecting this response because: Oswald is a liarThe sink was not leakingThey claimed there was a leak there but there was notThe toilet was a pressure assist toilet and the pressure assist tank no longer worked so all it needed was a little extra water to go down which did not cause any kind of issue and I had no idea that the drain was a kitchen drain as I am not a plumberI am a board director and have a fiduciary duty to my homeowners so when I was being attacked and threatened by a property manager trying to stiff arm me into unnecesary work in my unit which I am an owner of just because some person claiming to be a plumber says so then it is my job to make sure he doesn’t do that to any other person in my association*** *** of Associa recommended another plumber named Lyle from Emergency plumbing and solar who used a camera to get behind the walls and find the actual source of the leak and even after proving that Oswald was wrong he continued to harass me and Lyle about the drain saying that it had to be the drain even though anyone with an elementary school education or at least the tiniest bit of common sense knows that drains cannot produce their own water and he insisted that I must have been using my shower instead of accepting his mistake and trying to find the actual source of the leakHe wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to have his friend fix a drain that was not leaking and then would have missed the actual leak, which was so incredibly slow it took over an hour of the shower running to even see waterOswald should ask himself what kind of trouble he would be in if I had allowed myself to be forced into that work without questioning them and the actual leak hadn’t been found and the shower would have needed to ripped out a second timeIn regards to Oswald bringing up other performance issues of his with the rat traps, there is no infestation on our propertySince Oswald started his pathetic attempt at being a property manager we have had several other certified exterminators come out to the property and say at most we might benefit from one trap on the property not the traps that Oswald recommended and was going to be charging us a few hundred extra a month for maintainingAlso his contract stated that he would provide an invoice to the association for reimbursement of work but when I tried to inquire about why the traps had not been set after the board had approved them, thanks to his lies and threats of quitting, he told me that he wouldn’t answer any questions because I personally had not cut him a check for it which is not my job since we have an association manager for that and it is also not in line with the contract he providedThe problem with Oswald is his entire lack of professionalism and the lies that he tells to the board and other homeownersHe passes himself and his friends off as professionals who know what they are doing but then when we get other actual professionals on site they show us the evidence that proves him wrongHe then lashes out when you try to question him and in every scenario has threatened the board or myself with legal action just for us trying to hold him accountable for his work we pay him to doNot only was he wrong about the rat traps but he was wrong about the plumbing issues in my unit and was furious that someone proved him wrongAll of Oswald’s concerns about urgency of fixing these problems were of his own making because he didn’t actually do his job or he lied about how he was doing his job and got caught he people who were paying attention and had the good sense to ask questionsHe seemed to think that as property manager he became property owner and could comman the actual owners what to do even if that involves stealing their money by mforcing them into thousands of dollars of repairs by his friend that didn’t even find the actual leaksI am genuinely concerned for the owners at other properties he manages because there are many elderly people who would not know to question him and he could be screwing people left and right with all his “professional” friends who have every time been proven wrong by the actual professionals we have had on our propertyOswald seems to think he’s more than he is and should somehow be exempt from being held to any kind of standard or performance reviews by the people who hired who just want to ensure that their property, individually owned and shared common areas, is being cared for as promised and that owners are not being harassed, threatened or duped into paying what seems to be con man who lies about situations to make them seem more dire so that owners don’t feel as if they have enough time to consider their options.

To whom it may concern,I think the Revdex.com can see by Mr***s remarks are without any proof to sustain his allegationsI have send previously pictures, videos and now I am attaching a statement from unit which is below Mr***s unitMr*** was the one receiving all the water for almost a month before it was fixedI will be sending the Revdex.com the plumbers repairs and assessment done to Mr***'s unit as soon as I receive it.? Once again Mr*** needs to read Hawaii statue 514B to understand he has no authority outside the board meetings and no authority to demand anything without the authority given to him under executive meetingI under as the Site Manager was doing my job as required of me under the Hawaii statue under the 514B Rules and Regulations.Thank you
