O's Realty, Inc.

O's realty is a [redacted]. He agrees to make repairs before you move in and when you move in, he doesn't repair anything. I contacted O's Realty about renting a home. I went to look at the home and gave [redacted] the information on the repairs that needed to be done. He said fine. Go ahead and move in and I'll get the guys over there to fix it. After moving in, they only came over to the house twice. Once to put a door on the hot water heater and the 2nd time to fix the mailbox. After that I submitted various reports to get things fixed and they were never fixed. The house was still boarded up, the back door had a large gap, the house has an electrical problem and the lights kept blowing out, the ceiling fan caught on fire, the front door wouldn't lock from the inside, the knob in the tub was loose, the restroom closet door was miissing a handle, the drain in the laundry room was clogged and when the washer drained, all the water went into the walls, on one of the boarded windows, a wasp nest started to form. It was so cold in the house even though we kept the heat on 90, the thermostat would read 50 because it never got warm. Desired SettlementI would like all of the monies paid to this establishment refunded due to breach of contract.

I paid $50 application fee and $875 deposit on rental property. After I inspected property decided not to lease but cant get my deposit refunded.To Whom It May Concern:This correspondence is in reference to my deposit transaction which occurred on June 11, 2015 by O's Realty for $875. I sumbmitted an application with the nonrefundable $50 fee and and the $875 deposit using my debit card in order to hold a rental property at [redacted] until an internal visual inspection could be made to determine whether to move forward with a lease agreement. On July 9, 2015 I was able to enter the property with [redacted], an O's Realty agent and observed a significant degree of unprofessional work, exposed wiring, no central AC unit, no garage door, large tree logs in the yard and numerous other issues. The agent stated that the property was complete and ready to move in. After viewing the property I informed the company that I will go another route and would like my deposit refunded. I have been given nothing but excuses and unethical business practices since then. I was told that I cost them rent since I kept them from renting to another party and will only get 2/3 of my deposit which made no sense. I was told a refund check would be issued the week of July 13 which hasn't happened. I called the office on several times that week and explained that I had not signed a lease and was then told I may not get any of my deposit. I have not heard anything from their office since then.
