This is in response to a Revdex.com complaint ID #*** submitted on 09/11/Initially when the claim was inspected the customer was made aware of policies in which the claims process will typically take and/or are direct voids of warrantyWhich included carpets older than one year are requested to
be professionally cleaned to uphold such warrantiesBut because she was against having the service completed we wanted to be sure to alert and explain to the probability and/or potential cause for denialWe however did not report this to her as being denied, and did go on to further process the claim in hopes they would look over that clause due to the type of visible wear, versus the cost of a manufacturer inspection.On Monday 09/12/our customer was contacted again due to a Facebook review alerting us of her then dissatisfaction, we again assured her of the process and time frame of a filling and that we were still working on her behalf with our manufacturersShe was pleased and at that time initially confused because somehow she was under the assumption the filling was denied, we apologized for the possibility of leading her to that thought(Without knowing she had been under that impression, enough so to have previously made this filling.) We reassured her we would be in contact yet again very soon, that it seemed like we would have a response soon, but that we were still in an open filing working for her and hoped to turn our negative Facebook review and general feedback with us around.On Friday 09/16/we were able to call our customer to let her know the good news, that we were in fact able to get her carpet claim approvedShe was then again very pleased, expressed her gratitude and desire to have more rooms in her home serviced with us after this resolution in the near futureWe are currently continuing to honor our customer and awaiting her new replacement carpet selectionWe are saddened things weren't speedy enough for this filling, but would like to assure our continued effort and assistance with our customer in this filling as well as all of our customers here at Osborn's Georgia Carpet.Osborn's Georgia CarpetWHoney Creek Dr.Terre Haute, IN 47802812-234-4423Thank you,Rob Osborn with Osborn's Georgia Carpet
