Had preliminary xrays and exam and was scheduled to have extensive cleaning done and fillings Thank goodness I called to find out what time appt was at because that is when I was told appt was cancelled and the soonest they could get me in was 1/21/!! They never called me to let me know Then they said they were going to see about getting me in and never called back! When I need a root canal because they get infected, I will be talking to a lawyer at that point SUPER IRRITATED!!! Both my boys go there for braces, I may even pull their business!!

Greenberg in Deltona is awful when it comes to time managementI requested an appointment for cleaning but since it's been a yr from my last visit they needed new X-rays and I had to be seen by dentist before hygienist sees meI made an appointment for 12pm, I got to the office at 11:am because I knew I would have to update patient infoThe lady from front desk finally called me at 12:to update my fileI was called in around 1pm to finally have X rays taken; 1:went by and I'm still waiting to be seen by dentistAt this point the employee who took X rays tell me dentist should be in shortly and then I can go to hygienist for my appointment with her at 2pmShe tries to apologize but I told her it's always like this with you guys, you're horrible about thatShe tried to explain you were scheduled with us at an hr, and then another hr with hygienistI told her I know you guys do that, but regardless my appointment was for 12pm I've already waited for more than an hour just to be seen by de when the purpose of my visit is to have a cleaning doneDentist finally showed up and tried to apologize, he was done in minutes and I was send back to wait until hygienist is done to call meminutes passed and same employee that did X rays calls me to explain that hygienist took the patients that were supposed to go after me and that I would have to wait about more minutes or rescheduled....yeah rescheduled and left, but before I told her how awful they are, that I only go there because of insurance and how much I hate that place My mother's also a patient there and every time she went they had messed up her appointmentThey would schedule the wrong thing with wrong professional mixing the gum specialist's work with the dentist's work They're a HUGE MESS!

My family all go to the Greenberg Dental location in East Colonial Drive, Orlando Somehow even with an appointment we always have to wait over an hour to see the dentist This is with the exception of when we have to do cleaning with Don, our wait time is reasonable with him Last week, last week in Sept 2016, I have called to schedule an appointment to see the dentist for my daughter It was scheduled for 10/5/at 2:PM Then on 10/3/16, one of their staff called me and said the appointment time needed to be moved up I have agreed on 1:PM With this staff failure to notate the scheduling system properly, on the day of my appointment, I've showed up at 12:PM for my 1:PM appointment The same staff, she putted my daughter in as an emergency service This means, I have to wait between patients to get in After waiting for minutes I've checked with the Office Manager She said we did not have an appointment I have told her what had happened and also let her listened to the voicemail I've received from her staff on 10/3/ She admitted that was a mistake on their part and that she will move me up quickly End up, I waited for another hour totaling over hours and was the last person left in the waiting room I got up and asked the Office Manager, what's going on? And just got so sick this unprofessional and unacceptable type of service, and left the office Throughout the past hours of waiting, aside from their staff's failure to notate my appointment properly has cost me time away from work, time away from school and waiting time Also, their dentist - Mike F [redacted] and his assistant were walking in and out checking their phones, not sure if they were texting or what; Then standing in the corner near the filing area to chit-chat on and on It was over minutes of chatting before they decided to continue with business Dentist Mike F [redacted] was on his phone as he walked from the hall to the reception area and back at least times I find this place is so unprofessional and they don't care about patient time "Time is money", that is why people do business and have to go to work to make a living Apparently, they are careless or just don't care Or maybe it is because we are a minority, they discriminated us? Because every time it seems like even with a scheduled appointment we have to wait over an hour just to see the dentist whether it is for 5-minutes I let you make the judgment on this, as for my family we will never step near Greenberg Dental location again I have raised the situation to their customer service POC, MsWanda, but not sure if anything will be addressed or care I am very disappointed and hope that you will not have to waste your time like me, time from work - time from school - time waiting in their office - then have to again...because I still have to schedule a different appointment for my daughter to see the dentist, just NOT with Greenberg Dental

Grernberg dental is not efficient I had a filling done on my year oldThe filling fell out before we got home when I called emergency line someone called me back the NEXT dayInforming me I have to wait more days to have her seen with the hole inher teeth and a swollen lipI did go back to the office and the other dentist had me waiting hours to let me know they camnot do anythingTo add to my frustration and dissatisfaction the office manager and kirston was very rude

I had some dental work last year three extractions and a root canal early this year they did not put a crown on it because they said it would not look right
Then I had two front fillings done a couple of months ago ...two weeks after having the fillings one of the teeth started hurting I went in as emergency on friday and they told me to come back that following monday which I did and they told me that now I needed a root canal and crown on one of the teeth they just did a filling on which I paid almost dollars for I decided to get a 2nd opinion only to find out I have advanced periodontal disease and also need another fillings and another root canal and crown and deep cleaning over dollars worth of dental work which I feel could have been avoided had they addressed the issue earlier last year They did full xrays and exams so how did all of this go undetected I am thoroughly disgusted with the whole experience and would never recommend this dental group to anyone Beacause of this I feel like I should get a refund for all that I have paid on my part to now go towards all of the dental work that I now have to get done in order to save my teeth

I would just like to say as a parent of special needs this was the worse dentist office I have ever been toMy five year old daughter has abscesses in her mouth for weeks nowbefore this office was even recommended to me from my daughters insurance she was going to another dentist office but unfortunately they stopped accepting her insuranceso once I had another dentist office I immediately made an appointmentlittle did I know this office knew nothing about autismonce we walked into this office their was no greet or hey how are you, or hi do u have an appointmenteveryone in the front desk were chatting and doing their own thingso of course I took it upon myself and said it loud n clear my daughter has an appointment and she is autisticthe lady in the front just gave me papers to fill outwe waited in the waiting room for over an hour and this was supposed to be an emergency walk in because my daughter was suffering with severe pain because of her abscesses in her mouthonce we finally got called to the back the assistant that was there looked at my daughter as if she was not a human being, once we got to the back the assistant just stood there and said i'll go get the doctor without even attempting to check my daughters mouth firstthe doc came into the room, my daughter was screaming like she always does when shes getting checked and while I and her father were trying to keep her still the assistant that was in the room wasn't even trying, she stood there looking at my daughter as if she had a diseasewhile my daughter was having a tantrum one of the staff members in the office name GINA A*** decided to come into the room and tell my daughter to be quiet because their was a baby sleepingso me being a frustrated autism mom I yelled at her to get out of the roomnothing but unprofessionalism in that office besides tim who has the degree versus uneducated staff members

The Orthodontist at the kirkman location in Orlando, is not only extremely arrogant, but is rude and unprofessionalShe flat out told me that she could remove my child's braces because I was upset with how one of the employees had treated meI am baffled at how this business continues to treat paying patients this way, and frankly how they stay open with such poor administrationThis place is horrible, from the staff to the doctor!

I am the mother of a minor patient at the Altamonte Location On June 10th my daughter had an appointment for fillings she received a cleaning, xrays and two fillings and apparently, one filling and a crown were to be placed on her other two teeth to which the office was supposed to submit the request to Argus Dental They told me to wait two weeks and then call the office back to schedule her appointment once it was approved by Argus I called back two weeks later and was told they could not find that it was submitted and that the girl working my file was on vacation- she would call me on 6/30/when she returned (her name was Ashley I was told) When I did not receive a call on 6/30/I called the office back AGAIN to check on the status I left a message and someone called me back from what seemed like a call center....The person that called me back said she did not work at the location and she would check into this for me and call with me with a resolution On 7/30/(days after my original appointment) the office has yet to submit my info to insurance or call me back with the confirmation
I finally email the dentist directly, Dr*** *** (***@greenbergdental.com) on 7/29/relaying all of the above information and requesting that she email me to resolve this matter and to finish the required treatment plan for my minor daughter I never received a response I emailed her again, forwarding the first email and updating her on the timeline that I have not had a response- I have still yet to receive a response At this time I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere, but getting them to transfer my daughters medical records is now my MAIN CONCERN Since I can't even get them to respond when I am a PAYING CUSTOMER, how am I going to get my daughters medical records transferred OUT OF THEIR OFFICE? I am appalled at the lack of care and concern shown by a professional office that is counted on by many patients who are PAYING customersI will NEVER recommend you to anyone and my daughter and my husband will not be returning to your office EVER

The Brandon office has horrible customer service and schedulingYou make an appointment over the phone, later call and verify that and show up only to be told your appointment isn't until weeks laterI recently was quoted the price for fill ins and was told the price was incorrect and would have to pay the balance as soon as possibleOnly to find out after that the procedure was done that I still could feel the pain from the cavity and it was much more noticeableWhen I called to have the dentist to look at it days later they said I would have to pay the remaining balance 1st before they would correct it or even see me! This location needs to be sent to the cleaners and have new staff placed in

Throughout the past 2 hours of waiting, aside from their staff's failure to notate my appointment properly has cost me time away from work, time away from school and waiting time. I find this place is so unprofessional and they don't care about patient time. "Time is money", that is why people do business and have to go to work to make a living. I let you make the judgment on this, as for my family we will never step near Greenberg Dental location again.
I have raised the situation to their customer service POC, Ms. Wanda, but not sure if anything will be addressed or care. I am very disappointed and hope that you will not have to waste your time like me, time from work - time from school - time waiting in their office - then have to re-do again...because I still have to schedule a different appointment for my daughter to see the dentist, just NOT with Greenberg Dental.

The front desk person, Kelly, was very condescending for no reason. Based on our interaction with her we would never visit this office again.

They are VERY nice at first, until you realize they are [redacted] you financially and call them out on it!!!. I went to the Tampa office in Britton Plaza in 2014, and they never told me I had a cavity growing in the last tooth on the top right side. Then two yrs later when I lost a tooth in the top right side that was closer to the front and could be seen when I smiled, I went back to get that fixed in June of 2016. I paid $2,200.00 for a simple extraction and permanent bridge, and that was with GREENBERG Dental insurance. Then when I went back one week after the permanent bridge was glued in, they charged me an office visit fee, and have been EVERY TIME I have been there, even though I paid $2,200.00 up front thinking the entire work was covered under that $2,200.00!! I spoke with Dr. P[redacted] about the office visit fee and was given a song and dance story about how she could not do anything about the office visit fee, that DR. GREENBERG would not allow it! Right!!! It should have been a follow up visit anyway because the permanent bridge that was just put in one week before does not connect with my gum and they said that is the way it is supposed to be, but the bridge with two connected teeth on each side of the replaced tooth DO connect with my gum. Food is getting caught between my permanent bridge tooth and my gum - GROSS! Now I have to use a syringe EVERY TIME I finish eating to keep the food out of that space!
THEN I was going to go ahead and get the other side fixed and get a permanent bridge (before I knew they were ripping me off for an office visit on top of the money I already paid up front).THEN they told me I had a cavity in the last tooth (the broken one was right next to the last one) and that the tooth with a cavity could not be filled, it had to be extracted! And NOW I cannot get a permanent bridge because there is no other tooth to glue the bridge to! Had they told me TWO YEARS ago about a cavity, I certainly would have had it filled, it was covered!
BIG RIP OFFS!!! and their work is shoddy to say the least.
I tried to call the main office for Greenberg, but got an answering service at 10:30 in the morning. And of course no one has bothered to return my call, and I left the message 6 hours ago.

They promise everything and then once they get paid, they left us hanging with a product that is substandard to what we paid. They gave us the belief that we were getting the best product and we would be extremely happy over less costly alternatives, which we have since found out is untrue. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
