When Mr [redacted] and I was conducting business, he was using the name of [redacted] 02-03-I traded Mr [redacted] / [redacted] Ithaca XL shotgun value STK # 764ST for 6-power hand tools and craftsman wood chipper afterwards I found out did not workMr [redacted] / [redacted] filled out a n ATF Form Under the name of [redacted] and was DELAYED by the ATF, he could legally pick up the firearm on 02-10-This is under the condition I have not received a response stating otherwise from the ATF before 02-10-02-11-Mr [redacted] / [redacted] took ownership of the Ithaca XL Returned above stated shotgun as non-functioningThe stated shotgun indeed was defective02-18-Replaced the defective Ithaca with a Remington 11/ STK # 9ST valued at Replacement shotgun was papered out to his partner/girlfriend [redacted] 8.02-19-Received notice from ATF Mr [redacted] / [redacted] was denied firearms ownership as being a felon from the State of California02-20-Mr [redacted] / [redacted] returned Remington 11/as nonfunctioning, Osborne and Sons took stated shotgun in for repair and evaluation, as two associates test fired stated Remington 11/before putting on rack for sale.10.Upon inspection we found shotgun was damaged by misuse or inability to operateMr [redacted] / [redacted] would not accept our findings, Osborne and Sons said they would try and repair his girlfriend/partners shotgun even though the shotgun worked fine when it left the shop03-31-Mr [redacted] / [redacted] and Miss [redacted] came into Osborne and SonsWith other Customers in the shop Mr [redacted] / [redacted] started handling firearms and putting them to his shoulderAs customers dispensed for the sake of his privacy and other customers I asked Mr [redacted] / [redacted] to stop handling firearms in my shop as he was a felonHe then started to bait me into and argument and demanding that I pay him for the Remington shotgunI told him that the price was for the original shotgunAs more customers came into the shop Mr [redacted] / [redacted] started to raise a commotion about not being a felon, and started acting erraticallyI asked Mr [redacted] / [redacted] to leave the store, where upon he proceeded to yelling louderI then asked a store associate to call Lewis CoSheriff, Mr [redacted] / [redacted] left the store and Miss [redacted] stayed behindI then refunded Miss [redacted] the price of the Ithaca XLand received a signed statement that that the refund was paid in fullLewis County Sheriff's Deputy arrived and confirmed the fact Mr [redacted] / [redacted] was and still is a felon From the State of CaliforniaLewis County Sheriff put a legal restraining order from Mr [redacted] / [redacted] entering any of my propertiesI do not owe Mr [redacted] / [redacted] and extra Nor will I be Intimidated into paying it Randy *O [redacted] (Owner)Osborn and SonsMon-Fri 10am-7pmSat 9am-5pmSun [email protected]

[redacted] filled out a n ATF Form 1044 Under the name of [redacted] and was DELAYED by the ATF, he could legally pick up the firearm on 02-10-2016. This is under the condition I have not received a response stating otherwise from the ATF before 02-10-20164. 02-11-2016 Mr. [redacted] took ownership of the Ithaca XL 900 5. Returned above stated shotgun as non-functioning.6. The stated shotgun indeed was defective7. 02-18-2016 Replaced the defective Ithaca 900 with a Remington 11/48  STK # 9ST valued at 269.95. Replacement shotgun was papered out to his partner/girlfriend [redacted]8.02-19-2016 Received notice from ATF Mr. [redacted] was denied firearms ownership as being a felon from the State of California.9. 02-20-2016 Mr. [redacted] returned Remington 11/48 as nonfunctioning, Osborne and Sons took stated shotgun in for repair and evaluation, as two associates test fired stated Remington 11/48 before putting on rack for sale.10.Upon inspection we found shotgun was damaged by misuse or inability to operate.11. With other Customers in the shop Mr. [redacted] started handling firearms and putting them to his shoulder. As customers dispensed for the sake of his privacy and other customers I asked Mr. [redacted] to stop handling firearms in my shop as he was a felon. He then started to bait me into and argument and demanding that I pay him 344.00 for the Remington shotgun. I told him that the price was 244.00 for the original shotgun. As more customers came into the shop Mr. [redacted] started to raise a commotion about not being a felon, and started acting erratically.13. I asked Mr. [redacted] to leave the store, where upon he proceeded to yelling louder.14. I then asked a store associate to call Lewis Co. Sheriff, Mr [redacted] left the store and Miss [redacted] stayed behind. 15. I then refunded Miss [redacted] the 244.00 price of the Ithaca XL900 and received a signed statement that that the refund was paid in full.16. Lewis County Sheriff's Deputy arrived and confirmed the fact Mr. [redacted] was and still is a felon From the State of California.17. Lewis County Sheriff put a legal restraining order from Mr. [redacted] entering any of my properties.18. I do not owe Mr. [redacted] and extra 100.00.
