Oscar Construction has become a bit overwhelmed by growth We completed a bathroom remodel with Oscar and are extremely disappointed with the quality of the workmanship The toilet was not shimmed and leveled when installed Less than six months after the reno was complete the toilet began to shift and move whenever sat upon We had to hire a plumber to come in and remove it, shim it, and reinstall it Even more shoddy work by their subcontracted plumber - the p-trap for our sink was not installed correctly Sewer gas leaks past the faulty p-trap causing a bad odor by the sink We had to have the sink removed and installed by a more skilled plumber I informed Oscar about the problem with the p-trap and his response was that he didn't smell anything and that I should call the county if I notice a foul odor coming from the sink Bottom line, I had to pay about $1,for a plumber to come in and correct installation of my toilet and sink within six months of Oscar completing my bathroom renovation
