Our refrigerator was making noise.
I went to Oscar's Appliance for a repair appointment.
Technician, Majid said it would cost $65 to come to the house.
We agreed.
He then messaged my wife and said it's $69.
Anyway, Majid came to the house and stayed less than an hour, turned the main switch panel on and off. That was all he did and charged us $180. total.
When we asked him why; his explanation was he used his "magic hands" to fix the problem.
Our dispute is that he didn't really do anything. The price did not fit the service.
I would like to cancel a complaint I placed against Oscar's Appliances (1004-711 5th Ave., New West). The Technician, Majid had rectified the situation and refunded us a portion of what we paid. thank you
