Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1st - Since the response from the business now lists additional lies and verbiage that I never stated, I believe I need to forward you a copy of the original message from Tracy B[redacted] (see original email forwarded) where "in her own words" she states that they offered to fix the fence.
They've now pretended that they never made the offer every since they learned of my complaint with the Revdex.com.
2nd - And this is hugely showing the unethical nature of the Franchiser and the unethical nature of the Franchisee. Pet Butler's Customer Service calls are recorded for quality control when you call their service. I called Pet Butler tonight and spoke with the same CSR Christine listed in the supporting documentation and requested to have the call pulled and a copy of the tape forwarded because the lies were typed in the notes.. but the recording will show that I never stated what is listed. Tomorrow morning I will call to reach their Sales and Marketing/management team to ensure that the call is pulled for management to review/confirm and have those notes updated and re-forwarded.
They are now blatantly telling lies about seeing the gate open @ 90 degrees and numerous other things that they never mentioned before and that never occurred, I do believe only a legal appearance in court will resolve this issue with this type of unethical business partner. You have my permission to add this email as my response to the complaint.
Note: That Pet Butler of Fishers most certainly do have control of what happened with the adjuster. They continued to state that they didn't do anything and never said to the insurance company that they were paying for the repairs as she said in the email. They circumvented the process by offering their insurance information and then tanking the claim with their words. But either way, they are not only obligated to fix an item if their insurance company covers it. They would have to fix an item even if they didn't have their selective insurance and that is what they're not understanding about this process. Just because you have your insurance company say no, doesn't mean that you're not still at fault.
