Recent mailing from [redacted] was set in an envelope stamped "Past Due" The enclosed document clearly indicated that my account was paid in full as of 12/28/ I own week at the [redacted] facility and have owned this week for over years Per the note on the bottom of the document stating that I must call the resort if I plan to use my weekThere is a clear threat that I will forfeit my week if I do not call I clearly and outright own week I am free to use it, rent it out, gift it, or not use it I am charged outrageous condo fees every year that I pay in full [redacted] has no right to take my week from me It is a private issue outside of their management of the facility Account_Number: ***

Refused access to Timeshare Unit in Week 39, Unit Lighthouse Cove Resort, Week 39, Unit is deeded property to [redacted] and [redacted] We pay Annual Maintenance $plus $property tax Hurricane Irma caused some wind damage to the east coast of Florida Even though the damage was external on the grounds of Lighthouse Cove, Lighthouse Cove decided to shut down for a few weeks to do some maintenance work to the pool that they have been planning to do We never received notification from Lighthouse Cove that they were closingWe had airline tickets purchased for 9/29/arrival and when we arrived we were told they are closed for a few weeksWe had to find another location to stay at because we were refused access to our roomWe were told by lighthouse no reimbursement because this was an act of God, however, every resort has insurance to cover acts of God and this was closed for scheduled maintenance
