I received a inspection for a home on *** *** *** *** ** *** on 10/28/The home has massive problem and some of which I believe the inspector failed to identify even things that he can see visuallyI paid $(included general inspection, radon, and termite) and I feel that I did not received an adequate inspectionI contacted the company the other day and felt like I was given excuses after excusesFor example, the inspector took a picture of gas meter in an enclosed finished basement bathroom and he took a picture of the sump pump as well as other plumbing fixtures behind an enclosed wall with a door located in bathroomThe inspector failed to note on his inspection report that this is a hazardous issue or problems with accessing this areaNo concern at all in the reportPSEG, the gas company came by the house and stated that the inspector should have known gas meters should not be housed in a enclosed bathroomI recently had a drain and sewer company
I used this company for the home inspection of my house I recently purchasedOne of my main reasons of using them was the warranty they offer for free after inspectionThis can be found right in their website and states it is free and included with any home inspectionAfter dealing with the warranty company for the past months, I find out that 1st Inspections is delinquent on their payments to the warranty company and they will not process my warrantyI have been in touch with the inspector Harish during this process, but since finding out that the warranty is not applicable, I have not heard back from himI have called the main corporate number and left multiple voicemails with no calls being returned
