Last July we stayed at Holiday Inn Hotel Warsaw INWe were in town for a yearly conferenceUpon arrival that evening we noticed that one of the beds appeared to be unmade and sure enough there was hair and debri in the sheetsUpon checking the other bed realized it too was dirtyWe called the front desk and they explained that the hotel was full and that they could not give us another roomIt was late and we had children so we asked if they could come clean the room so we could use itHousekeeping proceeded let us know that they were way too busy to be able to clean the room and so they brought us sheets leaving us to change the bedsWe did...complaining at the desk that night and again in the amWe were assured that this was not typical service and that our stay would be taken care ofWe never received a bill at check out we were told it was all taken care ofThen about month ago over months after dates of service we noticed that our CLC card was charged for th Produc
