To Whom it May Concern, First and foremost I personally did not own Prescott Valley Automotive at the time of this repair. I do however, have an old invoice and parts receipts proving the purchase of all parts on the work order...
and work being performed. Past that I don't know what else to say other than another repair facility claiming that internal engine parts(timing chain, timing chain tensioner, and timing chain guides) that have been in an engine for almost four years and over 10,000 miles were not replaced at the time of the repair is nothing more than an opinion. Our warranty is 12 months 12,000 miles. Also when a head gasket repair is done on that particular 22re [redacted] motor a timing chain replacement would be normal recommendation.
