Oshkosh Antenna Svc

When we set the appointment up, the lady said they would look at our system and tell us what we needed. (We could get a lot of stations, but CBS always was cutting out, which is what our problem was.) $100 for first hour and $60 per hour after that. The tech (if you want to call him that) never answered any of our questions, and my husband had to tell him how to even get a signal (by turning the gain on the booster). My husband asked him how the signal was at the antenna, and his response was that it didn't matter. He said we had the top of the line, but needed a $400 antenna upgrade. The only other suggestion he gave us was to change a 3 way splitter to a 2 way. Charged us for 3 hours, when he wasn't here that long, and he did absolutely nothing when he was here. Spent 45 minutes making some cables, then said he couldn't use them. He spent 20 minutes sitting in his van writing up the bill. We ended up making an antenna for under $10, and now everything works fine. I wouldn't hire these guys if they were the last company of their kind on earth. Total waste of our money.
