Review: I placed an order with this company on 11/27/13 for $149.50. My order number is #[redacted]. I received an empty box on my doorstep on 12/03/13. It seems like the box was busted into prior to delivery! The box was supposed box weigh 10 lbs, there wasn't one single item in that box! I was outraged, and called Oshkosh to see my options. Since a lot of the items in my order weren't available, I requested a full refund for my order! I was treated with the up most disrespect, I was called a liar. I was laughed at in my face by representatives. I even spoke with the supervisor, and she did not offer any assistance whatsoever! Now I am out of $149.50 and no items! I feel very hurt and humiliated by this company! All I want is my money back! I want nothing else to do with this company after the way I was treated! I hope the Revdex.com can help me get my money back! Thank You!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for that order!

Review: Placed an online order for children's winter clothes. The retailer needed confirmation of shipping and billing addresses. These were provided. The items were not shipped. Had to call back over 10 times to confirm the same information. The order was subsequently cancelled and another had to be placed. The new order was less than the prior because retailer offered shipping discount and swapped in an article of clothing for another as it appeared to be out of stock. The scenario repeated several more times with emails and phone messages requesting ONCE AGAIN shipping and billing addresses confirmation. These were again provided - to no avail - as the order was still not being shipped. I requested that order to be cancelled and the hold on my account to be released as the retailer had failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. Meanwhile my account was charged not once but twice for $339.09 and then for $287.70 so I called again to speak to a [redacted]. I was told there wasn't one. So I called the corporate HQ numbers listed and was handed over to a [redacted] who informed me that the order had not been cancelled - even though I had spoken to a representative 1/2 hour prior to do just that. I am now told that the [redacted] will speak to the credit department to release the hold on my account but cannot guarantee that it will be processed in a timely manner and that it may take up to 10 days since it was an online transaction. Meanwhile, I am without products that I ordered, and with holds on $339.09 and $287.70 and my grandchild is without his winter clothes. The retailers response: we're sorry.Desired Settlement: The business practice is questionable and should be investigated by authorities. It is patently wrong and unethical for a company to hold over $600 in credit purchases and not ship the products ordered - especially after the customer has verified the shipping and billing information as requested by the business - not once - but 10 different times over 4 days. I have written evidence of these requests in the form of emails from the retailer. It is also patently wrong and unethical to state to a customer that there is no higher authority than a customer representative to resolve a retail dispute.

have fallen off of his account. I called and spoke with Mr. [redacted]

and he confirmed this as well.
