The batteries we shipped to this customer were in fact Sanyo KRSCE batteries as ordered Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed the look of the labeling on the cells and our website did not show the most recent picture of the battery
cells at the time this order was placed It is very common for battery manufacturers to change labels and screen prints over time The outer label of the battery has no effect on the performance of the product We have since updated the picture on our website to accurately reflect the most recent product labeling
We provided a full refund for this order even though the customer refused to return the batteries We offered to arrange a no charge UPS pickup of the order and that was also refused
