Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Well it doesn't matter do you want you want I don't care yes I purchase a vehicle from allen Samuel dodge and got a good deal with contact the finance place is going to pick up that junk car I already told them where is it at the piece of junk didn't work only for weeks I explain everything to them well I don't have to explain to you or anyone else yes like you said it was a done deal but there is a thing called karma and that's all I have to say don't need a response from the company I believe in karma and done deal
hello This month was the first time management hears about this issue ,customer service is very important to us ,when a customer comes to purchase a vehicle from our place ,the finally transaction is the one that takes place with the finance manager ,where customers are informed about everything ,and also are asked to sign all documents pertaining to this transaction ,where it show the name of the purchaser .The name or names on the contract are the buyers of this vehicle ,therefore if your name is not on the contract which what our record show that you are the only buyer for this vehicle.thank you
Ms [redacted] brought the vehicle back and we offered to take it to a Chrysler Dealership since the vehicle is still under factory warrantyMs [redacted] will not listenThis is a used vehicle, and we cannot control what happens with themWe tried several times to get the vehicle to the dealer but Ms [redacted] will not let usThis transaction is complete and the vehicle doesn’t belong to us anymoreWe cannot take it back as it is a done deal
