Osiris Shoes

Shoes arrived two sizes too big. Turns out they have no exchange policy if you buy directly from them, so they just sent a return label. Lost free shipping and sale price, so shoe went from $62 to $93 because of their mistake; zero recourse. Never buying directly from Osiris ever again and can't help but feel like they couldn't give a care about their customers' satisfaction or, you know, delivering what the customer ordered to the customer.

I'm still waiting on my son's ordered to be fulfilled and shipped. I've never really had a problem with the quality of what size shoes. I've always found them to be pretty good regardless of the souls and everything else but right now poor customer service every time you call you can't get a hold of anybody goes right to a voicemail that's full, and it says they're on the phone line which I think is a crock of s[censored] and I emailed them no email back my order still isn't fulfilled or sent my only complaint for customer service is BS going to cancel my order soon due to that not the quality of the shoe.

I bought a pair of Osiris shoes (NYC 83 Vulc) about a month ago. The soles are already separating from the shoe. I don't skate anymore, and this has only been from casual walking. This is the first (and last) pair of Osiris shoes I have ever owned. If they can't hold up from just wearing them, how can they hold up while skating?

Review: Purchased a pair of Osiris shoes on 12/10/2013 online on the companies main website. Shipping said it would arrive well before Christmas. It never arrived. After several emails and calls directly to the company (where phone went straight into voicemail) I never got any explanation. It is now 1/5/2014 and order still says "pending" and has not been shipped. I emailed the company one last time today to cancel the order, but I doubt I will get any correspondence back?Desired Settlement: Credit card never charged. I am very disgruntled with company and for ruining my nephews Christmas present.

Looking further into this order 1281 it appears that this order was cancelled due to no stock. An email was sent out informing the customer of this on 12/13/2013 to the address we have in our system [redacted]com. The pending pre authorization on the card with the last four digits of 1002 was voided at that time. If the customer still sees a charge on her account then please feel free to contact me so we can look further into that issue. I apologize for the miss communication and inconvenience of this matter. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

An email was never received stating that the shoes were out of stock, unlike what the company claims. This was a Christmas present and tracking correspondence from the company was daily.We also called the company several times and left messages concerning the status of the order. No return calls were made by the company to myself. The phone number and email posted on the web site were unaffective and should be updated for future customers?My credit card charge has been removed.

Review: I have contacted this company on several occasions -both via email and phone and have received no responses. My children have these shoes and they completely fell apart after minimal wear and only a few months. These shoes aren't even their daily shoes and the soles are completely falling apart from the actual shoe. We had to purchase other shoes for them. These shoes were not cheap and shouldn't be falling apart so fast.Desired Settlement: We would be seeking either reimbursement or replacement
