Business response taken via the phone on 4/28/by BB staff (LL) William K [redacted] states the consumer went onto his website in search of rent to own propertyThe website is not an automated website and MrK [redacted] receives the inquiries from consumers and sends out a generic letter for to the consumer indicating the requirements to rent the homes The consumer continuously sent inquires for various rentals and received the same generic letter time after timeThis seem to cause the consumer a great deal of frustration and she then contacted MrK*** MrK [redacted] advised the consumer he was the automated system sending out the generic letter as to what qualifications were The business he runs is a rent to own programThe consumer must have a credit score of or better, bring home at least $2,a month free of car loans and other debt and a strong desire to own a home and not rent He believes in serious inquiries only and if the consumer meets these qualification he will be more than happy to work with her

The consumer continuously sent inquires for various rentals and received the same generic letter time after time. This seem to cause the consumer a great deal of frustration and she then contacted Mr. K[redacted].
Mr. K[redacted] advised the consumer he was the automated system sending out the generic letter as to what qualifications were.
The business he runs is a rent to own program. The consumer must have a credit score of 620 or better, bring home at least $2,800.00 a month free of car loans and other debt and a strong desire to own a home and not rent.
He believes in serious inquiries only and if the consumer meets these qualification he will be more than happy to work with her.
