We received a letter in the mail in regards to  customer [redacted]. Ms.[redacted] would like confirmation that she will not be subject to further deliveries and yes we do agree to this fact , yes Ms.[redacted] may keep the "trial" samples.  Please find below copies of the notes...

taken from Ms[redacted]  invoice, so that can see all further recurring transactions *ave been turned off. No more shipments.We apologize for any inconvenience with this matter,Thank You, Escalation Team
