I am rejecting this response because: I did cancel my coverage on the expedition, I am not willing to pay for somebody's mistake

Mr. *** , called 5/06/adding a different vehicle and told our office he still had previous vehicle and to keep insurance on until he figures out what he is going to do with it, after making a change to his policy it generates a new Declaration page and is sent out to insured with
in a few days, it is always the insured's responsibility to look over new change and make sure it is all correct (now we are talking a week later) they have received declaration pages since change a little over a year ago and now they are calling and wanting Insurance company to go back over a year and repay them back, we are just the agency not the insurance company and the insurance company rules are they will only go back days unless insured has proof they sold vehicle or had covered under other insurance policy.The Insurance company offered to go back the days but want a NO Loss form signed.We have no way to know what our customers are thinking or what they are planning to do with there vehicles, thus is why the Insurance company also sends out new updated declaration pages after all changes so insured can look over.Mr*** received separate different declaration pages sent to him with in 3weeks of the change back in May of and now he looked at his new renewal a year later, once again , We are not the insurance company and we do not make the rules, EMC insurance company told us this is what they are offering and that's it.
