Osman Tire & Service

On Thursday, February 20, 2019, I took my *** motor vehicle to Osman Tire service for repairs. I was told that my vehicle needed a new alternator. I asked how much to repair my alternate and was told $505.00. After paying the money I was told the car would be ready in one and a half hour. I waited for about three hours and was later told to return Friday, February 21 at 10 am because they could not secure the required parts to repair my vehicle. Saturday I called in advance to enquire if my vehicle was ready and was told to come at 12 pm instead of 10 am. Friday, February 21 at pm I arrived to pick up my vehicle and saw my vehicle on a lift. I made inquiries as to my vehicle and was told to return at 6 pm. At 6 pm I telephoned the garage and was told that they had purchased the wrong parts for my vehicle and I should return on Saturday, February 22, 2020. I went to the garage at 1 pm after I was told on the phone that my vehicle is ready. Upon my arrival at the garage, I did not see my vehicle inside or outside the garage. I was told that I will have to wait for Osman to return. I waited for over three hours for Osman's arrival. On Osman's arrival, I was called to the back of the garage where I met Osman with my vehicle and Osman said: "there is another problem". Osman told me that he had to repair my window as he was unable to get it up. I immediately observed that there were several scratches on the driver's side of my vehicle that was not there when I brought my vehicle in. I pointed this out to Osman and he told me that he will let his guys fixed my vehicle back to the way I brought it in. I told Osman that this does not look like the door I brought my car in with as everything looked out of place. Osman said "my guys will fix your vehicle and you will get it in twenty minutes (20 mins). I left the garage and contacted the police for advice. On Sunday, February 23, 2020, the police accompanied me to Osman's tire and service for my vehicle. The police retrieved my car keys from Osman and checked my vehicle with me. During the checking of the vehicle, I observed that the drivers' door had scratches that I did not recognize (pictures to support). The said drivers' window had heavy dirt marks that appeared to be of a window that was stuck in one position for years. The VIN number on this door was totally different from the VIN number of my vehicle. (picture of VIN number to support). The pull-on this door is different as mine had a button that I use to open my vehicle manually this new door does not have a button (pictures to support). I also observed that my car key can no longer open my car manually as the lock appeared different. The side mirror attached to the left door does not have similar markings as the right door mirror or my original mirror. On the front passenger side of the vehicle, I observed a protrusion that appeared as though something had hit from under my vehicle. At the top of the right front passenger door, there is a gap and the door can no longer lock flush. The police ran the VIN number of the left driver door in question and told me that this number belonged to a scrapped vehicle. The police also advised me that this is a civil matter and that I should start by complaining to AMVIC and also to the ***.
