The doctors themselves are okay, but the company no longer is part of the in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield. In addition, not only did they move out of the network, they charge 8 times the allowable charge by BCBS for out of network doctor care.
If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, be aware that if you go to a hospital where these doctors are, your insurance will not cover it and Osprey Emergency Physicians will try to charge you over $800 for just the doctor, this does not include the hospital fee.
Here in Lakeland, FL, that means going to a different hospital in an emergency ast Lakeland Regional Medical Center uses this ER doctor group.
