Good morning,There seems to be confusion remaining that I hope I can alleviateNo, a homeowner does not have the right to withhold payment of their duesThe Board of Directors for the community is the sole decision maker in terms of any authorization forspending and/or reimbursement.I will direct the landscape contractor to again visit the home to make any corrections or adjustments to the irrigation system.it is our desire to make the satisfy the customer....but the season is changing and her lawn will become dormantSo her claimmay lack veracityPreviously, an irrigation technician was dispatched and found no irrigation problem.Further, I will personally inspect the home; however, my staff has previously indicated that all the steps were properly taken and all issues were addressed.I would also suggest the complainant attend the next meeting of Board to further clarify any concern
I asked Scott can I keep My HOA Fee for the month of Oct as a REPAYMENT for what I spent to try & REPAIR my front lawn which came to $& some change which I submitted recipts ,to them I have waited since Sept to do what he said , contact some some about the problem which is in everyones yard So lets see what happens , How LONG this will take to take SOIL SAMPLES & fix the SPRINKLERS SYSTEM since Most eveyones yard is this way ..I will contact the city of phoenix tomorrow about NO WATER since the HOA does not feel its their Problem . While there is no over seedingof the lawn for the winter, we will again ask the landscaper to possibly provideother options as we near the winter months. Since the...
summer lawn is about to become dormant, we will instruct the contractor to do all he can to mitigate her concerns.Comments regarding water loss are a concern for everyone; however, they should by a more thorough understanding of the issue. In this case, we at the mercyof the City of Phoenix. Not an Association issue.
