We talked with the customer via phone on different instances but she would not even listen and demanded she didn't receive enough meat back
The customer brought in legs that were in coolersShe indicated that there were deer in the
coolersAt the time she came in she was told it was $per leg to process and then the sausage would be additionalWe go over this with ALL of our customers! We put the deer into lugers and attached her name to each oneThis tells me that the deer were smallUsually when a customer brings in cut up deer the tenderloins are removedThe tenderloins are the best part of any deer and are located between the rib cage and the leg and average less than a 1/pound per deerWhom ever cut them into quarters may not have known this and did not remove them properlyWe processed them per her request into steaks, chops, roast, ground, & then mild and pepper jack beef sticksShe left here with her steaks, chops, roast, a package of tenderloins, 15+ pounds of ground venison, pounds of mild beef sticks, pounds of pepper jack beef sticksShe got everything back! Her request for a refund or pounds of hamburger is ridiculous! pounds of hamburger would cost $I suspect the bill was higher than she was wanting to pay and she is trying to make up for itWe GAVE HER ALL OF HER Venison and sausagesThere is nothing I can do for herShe has already taken it upon herself to post bad comments everywhere online which is a very poor choice on anyone's part especially if you want to resolve a problem maturelyI hope she finds another meat market in the future that will make her happy as The Osseo Market will not provide service to someone like this in the future!

The first time I talked with the manager he told me he would look in to this situation and call me backHe did not call me back I had to call himHe told me I received all my meat and when I asked how I could have only gotten .25lb of tenderloin from deer he hung up on meThere was never any effort to help me solve this issueAgain I have had deer processed there for about the last 5-yrsI have never had a problem before nowThe price was not an issue as I was fully aware what the charges would be when I dropped off my meatMoney is not the issue, the issue is I don't want to pay for what I did not receiveI got my sticks and deer, that is what I will pay forThe management of this company has been very condescendingI am not new to this game and really do not understand why they just don't take care of this as I used to be a very good customerAs far as not wanting to do business with me anymore that will not be a problem as I do not do business with dishonest people
