complete a full comprehensive exam, which she is entitled to with her insurance. I apologized for the miscommunication and offered a refund for the $39 retinal image, which she accepted. There were also some concerns with scheduling the contact followup at a time that was convenient for her. We worked together to find a Saturday morning that would work for her schedule. I also listened to her concerns about the interaction with the doctor she worked with and scheduled her with a different doctor at her followup appointment.We also talked about her concerns with the price of glasses. We talked about the different qualities of progressive lenses. Ossip offers our new Ossip Lens Systems (bundles) to competitively work within a variety of budgets. I gave her a bit of information about lower quality progressives and why Ossip chooses to sell digital progressives. She is experiencing a few issues with the lenses she purchased at a lower price from a different company. She is wondering if the progressive lens is necessary for her right now. I let her know that we can partner with the doctor at her appointment with that question.I thank again [redacted] for her feedback about her experience. 07/17/17 Discussed with patient the benefits.  Agreed to file to carrier for EOB purposes.  Filed claim in July.  Carrier pended claim for more information. Re-filed in August. Waiting on re-processing of claim.  Will follow up with patient when claim is finalized and we receive...
