They wouldn't let me talk to Harmony that day, they said she was with patients, and that it would be minutes, that would be later than the store would have been openAnother stall, also the GM wasn't available to talk toI came back in a couple days and the GM was on vacation all week, and then I saw Harmony walk across the hall, and I said "there she is" I then asked her about the "post it note" the item was written on, she said they found it and she retrived it and showed me, however, it was not there, but they showed me a different paper that had a figure written in the bottom of page on the corner of the paper that read $35, obviously just added to a paper, IMHOThe troubling things were this, when I asked Harmony about the discussion she told me with no emotion that she had told me $A blatant lieKim said it was $alsoBut when Harmony, the one who talked me into the extra $said she told me $35, I said that was all I needed to knowI knew I was dealing with people who had no respect for the truth or for the customerI have found other employees who have said and reported the same thing as wellA real shameAnd I said to them you would do this for $dollars? I am suing now, just so they can tell the same lie under oathI give more than percent tip when I eat out, even for fair service, $is not the issue hereThese people will continue to do this every chance they get evidentlyAgain, a shame, the response from Kim, "There is nothing I can do" Sad to have these people in service positions

The gentleman who owned the store took weeks to get to our order Then when the order was done and we took some mistakes to him he laughed and said that it was no big deal it could have only been a small mistake However the mistake was on our wedding invitations When we asked him about a slight refund he laughed again and said he could give us a dollar from his wallet This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this printer to anyone

Unethical employees. I read more reviews from other employees that reflect the same view. I thought I had found an eye care business close to home.As far as the product, I was satisfied. Helpful interaction with staff picking out frames. They asked me if I wanted to try a new exam screening costing an additional $55, I opted out and didn't sign paper they handed me. The eye exam tech wanted to dilate eyes, I said they couldn't because I was competing later that evening. They said they couldn't perform an exam without the dilation. My old doctor said it wasn't necessary and would do it without. Ossip would not do an exam without it and pressed me again for the "new" screening. She offered the screening for $35, and again I said no. I paused, and was contemplating leaving at this point to come back at a later time. She, Harmony, asked if it was the money and I said yes, the normal exam was at no out of pocket to me. Harmony said would I do it for $25, the "lowest she could go" I paused and then decided to put out the extra $25 and get my new glasses, my old ones were broke and I was wearing a pair of prescription work glasses. I said ok to that to get it over with and get the new ones on the way. When I was getting the frames finalized I saw the associate, Kim, write down my 2 copays and $55 for the exam. I then said no, Harmony said she would do it for $25. She disappears for a bit returning to the table when another woman comes to the table and said they had entered the $55 already and said the associate would have to take it out of something else, I assumed maybe frames since they were $200, over priced. Any way, I was given a sales slip for my credit card and Kim said she couldn't give me an itemized receipt at that time but I would get it when I picked up my glasses. I felt something fishy at the time but waited. Picking up glasses another associate said I was good to go, not offering an itemized receipt. I then asked for it and she returned immediately with it. Then I saw they had charged me $35, not $25. I asked for them to refund me $10, and reinforced this was not a new issue. Long story longer, I asked Kim to see her sheet where she wrote numbers down when we first saw the mistake. She said she couldn't produce it, but she would find it, it was suppose to be in my file but sometimes they get misplaced. The same smell...fishy! They wouldn't let me talk to Harmony that day, they said she was with patients, and that it would be 45 minutes, that would be later than the store would have been open. Another stall, also the GM wasn't available to talk to. I came back in a couple days and the GM was on vacation all week, and then I saw Harmony walk across the hall, and I said "there she is. " I then asked her about the "post it note" the item was written on, she said they found it and she retrived it and showed me, however, it was not there, but they showed me a different paper that had a figure written in the bottom of page on the corner of the paper that read $35, obviously just added to a paper, IMHO. The troubling things were this, when I asked Harmony about the discussion she told me with no emotion that she had told me $35. A blatant lie. Kim said it was $35 also. But when Harmony, the one who talked me into the extra $25 said she told me $35, I said that was all I needed to know. I knew I was dealing with people who had no respect for the truth or for the customer. I have found other employees who have said and reported the same thing as well. A real shame. And I said to them you would do this for $10 dollars? I am suing now, just so they can tell the same lie under oath. I give more than 20 percent tip when I eat out, even for fair service, $10 is not the issue here. These people will continue to do this every chance they get evidently. Again, a shame, the response from Kim, "There is nothing I can do" Sad to have these people in service positions.
