I ordered an appliance from Oster on SundayOn Monday, another company called me from a blocked number looking for more informationThey provided a call back number that was not on the company websiteThis is phishing I called back, found out it was with another company I had no way at the time of confirming if it was the same company and eventually learned it was I was contacted via email to call themI emailed them times in days after that point and called them again days laterThey cancelled my order because I did not communicate with them I called hours after the fact, days later, and emailed times

I received an Oster bread maker, model ***, at Christmas (2017) and it's now late October of The machine has worked well, but the design of the replaceable kneading blade and their marketing leaves a lot to be desired The shaft driving the blade is stainless steel and the kneading blade is made from a relatively soft metal Because of the kneading action of the machine, the steel driving shaft causes the kneading blade to wear quicklyThe metal part that is being worn away is surrounded by bread Ask yourself what happens to the metal that comes off the kneading bladeMarketing: They still sell the ***, but nowhere can I find a replacement kneading blade

Had the microwave for monthsIt was heating something for seconds and the glass shatteredThey told me the (faulty) door was not under warranty, called me mama (I'm a full grown man with a deep voice), and while I was trying to talk to them they hung up on me mid sentenceThey produce dangerous/faulty items and are extremely rude and uncaring

I purchased an Oster Mircowave less than a year ago and it stopped workingI have tried contacting them a few times with no repliesI just want my money back
