On 09/16/my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Heritage GMC-Buick We were the last customers of the day, which was a Saturday.Our sales associate, Jeffery ***,was hesitant to showing us the car but did.As we were finalizing the sale of the vehicle Jeffery failed to explain to us any additional insurances we could add on to our purchase.When we met with the finance manager,Brad *** felt rushed since we were the last customer of the day on a SaturdayBrad also failed to explain or offer any additional insurances we could add onto the purchase of our vehicle.As I drove the car for a couple months I noticed my paper plates had expired and I called several times to the dealership asking about my plates.After several attempts I went to the dealership myself to ask about my plates They informed me they had been in several weeks and they were sorry our sales p
