Hello,Please see the below response:--Addiox provides several training programs including [redacted],[redacted] as well to our clients/students.All the details are available on our marketing portal [redacted]. There are no hidden facts about any program. -Student is the returning student who have taken training with us in the past as well for other programs via Addiox. He was assigned the same trainer as he was very interested for that.(Refer [redacted] contacting Addiox for Placement.docx)-Student was given the schedule and he attended the sessions(Refer [redacted] Joined the online training through.pdf )-He was provided the full placement support with resume.This work was in progress but he requested not to proceed with Addiox the work was stopped for placement.(Refer [redacted] contacting Addiox for Placement.docx)He is in denial after getting the training.This was the reason this case was rejected by [redacted].Thank you for looking into the matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
Please find a few attached documents to favor my argument. When I paid my fees and joined and they made me sign the agreement "promising" me of a job and asked for my photocopy of my DL. I did all that in hope of getting a LEGIT training, here are the facts:1.Addiox teaches unlicensed, illegal and outdated [redacted] & [redacted] software to it's students which was never disclosed during enrollment.2. In their curriculum it mentions about recording of live classes and training material- which were never shared for the confidentiality reason mentioned above.Resume preparation assistance, Mock interviews (technical and project based), Soft Skills and On-the-job support. Training Details Duration: 8-10 hours Training, Recorded Training Materials: All attendees will receive: Training Format: This course is delivered as a highly interactive session, with extensive live examples. This course is Live Instructor led Online training delivered using [redacted] WebEx/Go To Meeting center Web and Audio Conferencing tool. TIMINGS Weekdays and Weekends after work hours Copyright © 2014 [redacted]. Sushmita never followed a set schedule for training- please see attached e mail communication- not only from me but another student as well.Attachment- Addiox Technologies 2I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Ref No. [redacted]and [redacted] Corporation about Addiox & it's affiliates regarding their illegal sharing of copyright materials and charging fees for training.I would like to get a full refund of my $515.00 training fees from Addiox Technologies.I will be more than happy to talk to you about my case if needed.[redacted]
