Did not meet my high expectations on siding, roofing, deck remodel. Disappointed in lack of communication as a paying customer I felt like a bother and always had to call Ostrander. Weather was a factor in delay of service due to harsh winter, but workers could have cleaned up better and not complained as much. Communication was poor IMO. Friendly workers/staff but lacks follow through with customer.
We are still calling Ostrander concerning the quality of the deck installation (sagging and separtion of the rails). Yet to get service to date, always busy or in meetings.
Also, called Ostrander regarding addition we wanted to put on Spring 2015 and never received a call back or follow up, appeared to be disinterested in the customer.
Hopefully our deck will get corrected as promised.

Richard O[redacted] followed thru on a promise to provide us the new back deck and railing system that we desired. Though it took time and patience we are happy with the finished product and installation Ostrander was able to provide and follow thru on. Unfortunately due to a poor composite product originally used that was provided by Universal Forest Products this process took longer than any of us would have liked. After Ostrander removed the Universal Forest Product and switched to the Westbury Railing system and providing quality installation we finally have the back deck we desired and deserved. Thanks Richard for keeping your word and following thru.
