Ostrom Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Ostrom Electrical and Plumbing after finding them online. I noticed the number of awards that the company had received and decided to give them a shot at resolving my problem. I was pleased that my phone call to the company was answered by a human being (still important these days) and that we were able to set up an appointment quickly. In fact, they were able to send someone that same day, but I chose to set up an appointment. I was given a call to make sure I was in, and the Electrician came by my place right at the appointed time. He immediately found the issue and resolved it almost as quickly, offering advice for keeping my particular issue at bay in the future.

They have done many jobs around my house, it's an old farmhouse with some dubious plumbing and electrical systems. All employees from Ostrom have been excellent: very polite, clean, efficient, timely, and have been able to answer all my questions. Hello I had an AC tune up to be sure I wasn't going to have any problems this summer. Ostrom sent David H. a person that is very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He pointed out some items that may cause concern in the future but not to worry about now.

I feel that if something does go bad with my HVAC in the future I will call Ostrom and if possible ask for David H. to look into it.
