I would not use them again. They did a good job technically, however, they charge you much much more than the jobs require. I had two wall light switches replaced, both were supplied by me, and one receptacle turned upright since it had been installed upside down originally. That's three 15 or 20 minute jobs at most. I unfortunately signed off on the price when he placed it in front of me. I regret that I did so. I should have said no thank you at that point. My error. It cost us $400+ for less than an hour's worth of work and that included a $25 discount coupon. Incredibly unfair to take advantage of people like that. Even if you paid your techician $50/hr., that would leave $350/hr for OVHD and profit. An executive president of a major corporation who makes $500 thousand dollars a year is equivalent to about $240/hr., not the $400/hr we paid. This was a ripoff and I will never use them again.

Jason and the entire Ostrom company are nothing but first class all the way around. Jason came on time, gave a detailed description of the problem, and a price quote before he started the work. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Professional, attentive to cleanliness, and respectful.

Arrived on time per appointment time. Clean dressed. Introduced self & helper. Explained work to be done. Replaced main wiring panel. Cleaned area after doing the work. Was very courteous and helpful. I did have to call them back to replace the ground-fault outlets in the three bathrooms.

Professional, kind, did a great job. Definitely would recommend this business.

Unfortunately, I have had several water issues recently and have been in need of a plumber due to water leaks and water heater issues. I contacted Ostrom and Wayne was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. He not only addressed the immediate issues but also identified several other issues that he was able to correct with a little hard work and a lot of know how. He has always been prompt, friendly, and professional. Josh came with Wayne today to assist with replacing my water heater. He was also very professional and paid attention to details. I would recommend Wayne for all your plumbing needs.

We recently searched for a company to install a generator unit in our home. After much investigation we chose Ostrom Electrical and Plumbing. We did so in large part because of the person who worked with us during the quote. He came back with the specialists who did the installation.

The lead George D; Dustin S; and Tyler B, each were incredibly knowledgeable, completely helpful, and totally on time. After more than 30 years developing and working with industrial sales and technical people, I put this Ostrom team at the top.

Not only was everything and everyone on time, the installation works beautifully !

Jason K from Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing did an excellent job for us installing a new toilet and fixing a leaking bathtub fixture. His attitude was professional at all times. He was careful to clean when he finished. He wore shoe covers, put down walking mats, and suggested he use the back door to avoid tracking through the front entrance. I highly recommend Jason K and Ostrom.

The technician arrived on time and surveyed problem. He then proposed an estimate

with options for different levels of service. After agreeing on the repair plan, he went right to work and found and fixed the electrical problem within forty-five minutes.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing and the

technician who did the work.

Ostrom sent out Tyler & Dustin when I called for help with our smoke detectors. They were great! They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it with regards to installing new detectors and checking our electrical box. They gave me info about what other services the company provided, showed me some options for other work I might want done but were never pushy about it. There is no doubt I will be using Ostrom again based on this experience.
