The reason that I am rejecting this claim is that is a broad response to a documented complaintThe complaint is mistreatment of our dog which caused him to pee on the floor for about minutesThe calls that you claim were placed to our house were from a restricted number which there was never a message left by any staff memberWhen we called back and after hours were able to get ahold of someone they misinformed us about the pricing Caitlin which she admitted to in personThe fact that my spouse was treated in a demeaning manner by your staff member Mark I believe in which his statement to my wife was "Be Quiet You are going to listen to me do you understand" this statement was as a direct result of my wife trying to explain that we were ill advised about the billing and when she asked to speak to a supervisor this is who she was referred to and what was said by said employee who we later found out to be the front desk clerkIn addition when we were able to secure speaking with a live person who kept us on the phone for over minutes explaining why they do not leave messages due to their staff calling from their personal phone and that it is standard policy to not leave messages(this is coming from a licensed business) In addition we were advised that the final bill (according to Caitlin was $128.00) when we disputed the upcharge on this bill we were guided into a back room (where we were initially told would be where we would retrieve our dog) only to be kept in the office for over an hour by the entire staff chastising both myself and my spouse about our complaining about the billIn addition to these statements of adversarial treatment to us and our dog, our dog was kept somewhere unbeknownst to us in lockup during this over hour ordealThe clinic that should be a safe haven for both animals and clients was anything but a safe haven This is unacceptable behavior for anyone to be subjected toSee the phone records of the establishment to our house and the timing associated with these phone calls that they say they made as well as the time in for our dog and the time outThere may also be a video available for all to witness

OSU Emergency Veterinarian Hospital: The Emergency Department was a horror showThe Veterinarian, Alessandra (Ally) H*** graduated a few weeks prior, from a for profit school, GrenadaThe was created for mostly people who could not get accepted to standard schools but had the money to pay the tuitionWe took our dog to The OSU Emergency Vet Hospital on a Saturday night After her eye popped out She needed to have it removed it is common injury for certain breeds and she was blind in the eye We did not know and we were not told that there was no qualified Veterinarian, on premises at the timeThe first thing we were told was we had to payWe paid almost before they would even look at our dogThen we waited all nightOur Big mistake we believed that OSU would have a trained Vet on site or on call to come in, to provide the needed careThis was not the caseThis “intern” and had a “limited license” She completely incompetentShe covered what she did not know with condescension and a kind of dismissive smug indifferenceShe was rudeAnd kept disappearingThen she lied to our facesThe procedural practices of OSU Veterinary ER warrants a serious investigationMy dog had a non life threatening injury and only one other animal came in at the same time we didWe waited from 9:till 1am when and Alessandra (Ally) H*** who had not even read our dogs chart and who had no idea how to remove her damaged eye refused to provide the needed treatment and they had our 400$ She told us we “could leave if we did not like it”Alessandra (Ally) H*** graduated few weeks prior from what some consider a diploma mill, she had no experience and no skillsOn top of that she was too callous to admit she did not know what she was doing and she then refused to call in an experienced VetThe surgery Ms H*** did was useless and only caused my dog a lot of suffering After days she needed to have the surgery that MsH*** refused to provide because she did not know howBy then my dog was already too weak and stressed from being in pain and she died when another Vet was giving her the anesthesia for the needed surgeryBe advised do not expect a fully licensed, or skilled, or experienced, or well educated person to be treating your petBe preprepared to possibly encounter total incompetence, untrained, unskilled, with substandard credentials and non of this will be disclosedOSU and Alessandra H*** killed my dog and for her part she lied to us as well

When we called back and after 12 hours were able to get ahold of someone they misinformed us about the pricing Caitlin which she admitted to in person.
