All contracted services detailed were in fact performed and our firm has receipts from State Comptroller's Office to substantiate our position. Client(s) [redacted] & [redacted], a probation officer, came to our office seeking assistance because she failed to follow rules/laws...
governing filing of Franchise Tax reports for 3 years for 3 difference entities. We rectified that situation for her but did not pay any late filing fees assessed against her LLC(s). That is client's responsibility not ours. As to recommendations related to IRS matters, namely conversion to "S" corporation-LLC, clients later declined to follow advice set forth in initial meeting. Clients entered into a written agreement and acknowledged that there are no partial or full refunds on retainers. Unfortunate situation but the public often change their minds. All original materials received were returned upon request. Tell us why here...
