O'Sung Auto Body & Paint Reviews (6)

I just read a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com against O'Sung Auto Body & Paint shop. I had a similar experience, but mine was even worst. The owner, who the previous complainant described as being 6' + actually got up into my face (a distance that violates personal space with the intent of being physically threatening), using his height and his aggression to intimidate me, saying "What are you going to do??? Do something!" he said challenging me. "Make your move!" He said this over and over again. Like the previous complaint, he used the fact that I was at his business and he was the owner to justify his actions. This kind of customer treatment is needless to say, highly unprofessional, especially when it was he that initiated the conflict and kept escalating it.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: As I stated previously, O'Sung damaged my car when hooking up my car to be towed. The driver heard it, admitted it, called the owner who then told him to tell me to bring the car in for repair. When I bring my car in, the owner then refuses to accept responsibility by stating that there is no way his truck did the damage. He says that it is my word against his word and to take him to court or call my insurance company. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because that is the only recourse to ensure that the public is aware of his bad business behavior. It seems as if a standard business practice of his is to deny responsibility and hope that the client doesn't take him to court and that, if taken to court, the judge decides in his favor instead of just being honest and repairing the damage done. Typically when someone is dishonest, it is not a one time occurrence, therefore I feel it is my responsibility to inform future potential customers of his shady business practices and what he did to me so that others are protected in the future. I was lucky that the company who contracted him took care of the damages but that doesn't mean what he did is right or okay. He should reimburse the company who paid for the repair for the damages for which he/his company are liable.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We changed a ignition coil and spark plug because the engine was misfiring. The customer came back a few days later and said the engine started to misfire again. I explained that there were 6 coils for each of the cyclinders and that it was obcious another wine had went bad. He got itrate and asked...

why we couldn't have fixed it or found it earlier. I explained that there's no way to tell u less it's bad and when he took the truck after repair it was running fine. He began to shout and demand that I fix it immediately and that's when I told him that he needs to leave and get it fixed somewhere else. We offer a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. If he has a valid warranty claim I'll be happy to give him a refund. He's just mad because I told him I wouldn't do anymore business with him anymore.

The damages on the bumper don't coincide with her story.  I also spoke with my driver and he said that he reversed in dead center and didn't feel anything.  The damage is to the right front of edge.  Our tow truck has a rod like tip that would of pushed in the bumper if it were as she...

explained.  When I tried to explain that to her she became irate and started to yell at me.  At that point I told her to leave.  She was being irrational and started to harass and threaten me.  I'm ready to have a jury see the evidence provided that her bumper was damaged from her own carelessness.  She said herself that BMW is paying for the damages.  If so then why even waste more of everyone's time?
