The Oswalt Law Group team helped make an unfortunate and humbling situation -- as supportive and understanding as possible. Each team member interaction was great and very informative. I also had the opportunity to meet Sandra Oswalt which was a pleasant surprise. All along this journey to getting my petition approved by the courts, every team member helped me feel at ease, explained things very well, and answered all of my questions. Paralegal and Kaitlin H are very well versed in their job and this gives them the ability to do their job. It was so easy to get everything done the first time with the knowledge they posses. Now I have read some of the negative reviews and I just wanted to say this is not a church or synagogue. so don't look for idle chat . They will get you through the legal mess and get you the most and best that is earthly possible So if they don't answer the phone every time you call or ask how are you feeling or go to the hospital to see you, that is ok. You are not paying for friendship. If you want a professional team then this is the place to go. If you want comfort and someone to baby you go to church.

Very unprofessional and poor representation! Liars and underhanded. I will never understand how this firm is still open! Totally disappointed and fired them after wasting 7 months of my time and energy. Main complaint is that they don’t communicate, no return calls or emails till I made my threats and then I am told “sorry but I had a personal problem and have been out of the office and now I’m playing catch up with my messages and emails “!!! OR “sorry, but the attorney has been gone and should be back maybe next week “!! Wow, seriously.....so your entire function as a firm STOPS! I have DRs telling me that they are being denied payment scheduling because the insurance company told them THE CASE IS CLOSED and your LAW FIRM HAS NO CLUE??????. USELESS PEOPLE AND VERY POOR SERVICE ??????

I asked on their website if they would handle my legal needs a gentlemen named kyle h*** called me back right away, at first I thought wow if he has time to get back to me right away this cannot be a good thing right? well after getting to know his style he was very busy but wanted to respond to my questions right away!! sp we hit it off big time every single question or concern I had he answered to my full content!!! he held my hand with pre-atty hiring issues made me feel very at ease telling me on each call that I was in great not good but great hands with the lawyers at oswalt law...I want to be perfectly clear (he is not my or an attorney not yet anyway).. he mentioned his experience and knowledge with my type of case..well it showed I made my decision to set an appointment( to hire) with an attorney directly because of his efforts!! he is a tribute to the staff at oswalt.... if you need assistance you would be lucky to get kyle to speak with you, he's in the tempe office as I am going to peoria to see my attorney as it's closer to my home..but I will certainly go look him up just to shake his hand and tell him what a fine job he did bringing me on board, if you need any of the services that this law firm handles ask at first to speak with kyle h*** you'll be happy you did so..thank you very much kyle, ill be looking you up soon howard g.....

Mrs. Oswalt is a nice lady, you will NOT meet her until your case is completed. During the time of your case, it will be handled by one of her paralegals, when I hired their firm my first paralegal was amazing. His name was Joseph W, he was in contact with me every week, getting set up with doctors and appointments, letting me know how the process worked, then I was switched to a different paralegal Rosie D, the new paralegal did not know anything about anything, not her fault, I think the firm should have trained her better to let her know what expectations should have been. At this time, I was not contacted for over a month, I had to be my own advocate for my own case, it was bad enough having to be my own advocate for my own doctors care, because being injured at work, workman's comp wanted to fight me on my own injury. Workman's comp wanted to downplay how bad I was injured then being switched over to a different paralegal who ignored me was bad. Rosie's supervisor is Maribel B. She is a very impersonal person. To her you are a number on a file when you call to get an update, you are bothering her from something else she's trying to do.
My injury case took 11 months, in my opinion it was 5 months too long. I cannot help but wonder how another attorney could have handled this differently and more successfully. Since the firm is mostly a bankruptcy law firm, they deal with numbers on files and that's how they proceed with their cases. Now adding injury cases to the firm, you're still in number on a file, not a person. With my settlement I received 48% of the total collected. The firm paid my doctors, and took their 33 1/3 PLUS fees. I am not happy with the service I received. Everything I have said is a fact, I have emails and voicemails to prove it. Here is the kicker of the whole thing if you are thinking about hiring this firm for an injury case. I was the INJURED client of their firm and not one time in the 11 months the firm had my case did my paralegal Rosie, or her supervisor Maribel, or Sandra Oswalt herself, NONE of them asked me how my injury was? None of them asked me "Hey how are you doing?" When I met with Sandra to collect my check the meeting was 10 minutes, she went through the pay sheet of who and what, then gave me my check. Never asked, "Hey how is your injury?" Consider this before hiring someone.

I can not say enough good things about this law firm! Talk about feeling special. Sandra thank you for taking my case on pro-bono. Without even knowing my story you and your team picked my family to help. You and your team are angels and really bring the term PAY IT FORWARD to life. I cried and thanked GOD for all my blessings. And you better believe I will PAY IT FORWARD. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO TO BETTER OUR WORLD!!

Wonderful law firm! Everyone I have had the pleasure of working with was professional, caring and knowledgeable. During my initial meeting Juan was kind enough to bring in an attorney who helped answer some questions I had. Angel, in accounting was so sweet and patient with me when I had questions on my payment plan, I sincerely loved talking to her. Mary K *** graciously answered all of my numerous questions, was so very quick to make any corrections I asked for, was very professional, courteous and just plain caring and I really enjoyed working with her, she is such a credit to the law firm! My final signing interview was a breeze with Mr M who was professional, kind and really put me at ease. I was really anxious over the whole process of filing bankruptcy but at every turn I was taken care of whether in person, by email or phone. The fees were easy to pay monthly and I feel I received a great deal with this law firm.

My ex-spouse and I were going to file bankruptcy until I found out he is married to another woman. I told Nick at Oswalt and he told me it is a conflict of interest and they cannot represent either one of us. Which is fine. Since they are not going to help me I expect a refund. I have called them, emailed them and no one has responded back to me. I paid over $2000 in good faith expecting Oswalt Law Group to help me file bankruptcy so since they are not then in good faith I expect a refund.

Brian T assisted me with my bank debt negotiation and he was professional, kept me informed on the case status, but more importantly he settled my case for a fraction of the debt. It took about 4 months to complete the process, and I am glad this issue is behind me now.

The Oswalt Law Group has been nothing but professional and caring for our case. The owner, Mrs. Oswalt even took the time to speak with me over the phone to make sure I was understanding of everything and to introduce herself. We are only in the beginning process of filing, but they have been nothing but great so far. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
