only because putting such delicate garment in the machine puts too much agitation to the fabric and causes decorations to fall offThe dress had been worn for an event and it would be possible that the beads could have fallen off during the eventOr it could have become loose while the customer was bringing the garment to usIn any event, asking for a full replacement on the dress that is not destroyed by any means can’t be seen as an acceptable resolution.? Afterall, we can’t be put to blame for something that could have happened outside of our premiseWe can offer to sew beads of similar style back on the dress, if desired by the customer Regards, Management

only because putting such delicate garment in the machine puts too much agitation to the fabric and causes decorations to fall off. The dress had been worn for an event and it would be possible that the beads could have fallen off during the event. Or it could have become loose while the customer was bringing the garment to us. In any event, asking for a full replacement on the dress that is not destroyed by any means can’t be seen as an acceptable resolution.  Afterall, we can’t be put to blame for something that could have happened outside of our premise. We can offer to sew 3 beads of similar style back on the dress, if desired by the customer. Regards, Management
