I Norm B [redacted] have been a successful small businessman for the last yrs I strive to make every customer completely happy with their car purchase When an issue is brought to my attension due what ever I can to resolve the matter in a timely manner The car was bought to me to repair the seat and change to oil The engine was looked over the customer stated that the oil was already changed once but the filter was still the oil filter that was installed prior to purchase by Euromoto.We checked engine for leaks but found on coolant leaks A few weeks later I was called in regard to the car overheating At this time the customer drove the car completly home not stopping and having the car towed If the car when first running hot was towed the engine could have been repaired for overheating and the issue of oil consumption I made the decesion to install a completely rebuilt engine in the customers car A completely rebuilt would cost an excess of $3,and would be shared between both parties I put my business on hold for atleast days to install this rebuilt engine in the customers car That was the last time I heard from this customer on January 6th 2016.Prior to purchase of the [redacted] the customer test drove the car in question I noticed that she was a little rusty at driving a standard shifting vehicleFrom some of the lack on proficiency: the vibrating when engauging into first gear is call a clutch shudder or clatter It is cause by letting the clutch out at higher revelutions of the engine casing a vibration in the auto By releasing the clutch at lower rpms like to 1,rpms of the engine the clatter can be eliminated.When the customer was involved in an accedent the car is not running smoothly it is probable that some carbon was loosened from inside the intake manifold of the vehicle and stuck in the EGR valve thus causing the car to run poor The EGR needs to be removed from the car, cleaned and re-installed.I have done a lot to help this customer When there was an issue I stopped what I was doing to help resolve the situation I have done more to remedy this situation than the majority of used car dealers.Sincerely,Norm B [redacted]
