I am rejecting this response because:
I found so many untruths in the response and the response was cut off mid-sentence, so I have no way of knowing what he intended to say about when his wife finished. On December [redacted] delivered the materials for the backsplash and flooring, storing the laminate flooring in my living room and all other materials in my garage. [redacted] stated he needed to climatize the laminate inside my home before installing it. The first date [redacted] had set to begin the work, he called to say his babysitter was ill and he could not find anyone to watch his 3 year old son. He asked if I would watch him if [redacted] brought him to my house and I declined. He reset the installation date to
December **, 2013. I found out on Friday, December [redacted] that [redacted] hurt his back when he did not show up to begin the kitchen backsplash job and he did not call me. I sent a text at 8:15 am asking what time he would be arriving. After receiving no response, I called (twice) and left him two voicemails, then texted again at 9:32 asking him to please respond! [redacted] finally called and stated he did not receive my voicemails because he was in the emergency room, that he had just hurt his back and would not be able to work for a few days. He stated he would begin the work at 9:00 am the following Monday, December **, 2013. He worked on the backsplash Monday and Tuesday. He returned to my home on Thursday, Dec. [redacted] to begin the flooring work. [redacted] stated he never saw a toilet dripping, however, after he reinstalled the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, he had to try twice before succeeding in stopping the tank from dripping onto the newly installed tile. [redacted] also stated that I flatly rejected every time he offered to complete his job, which is another lie. I have texts to prove he was given multiple to chances to choose a date to finish the work, but on each date he chose, he was a no call/no show! That is the very reason this complaint was filed! [redacted] tried to blame the other contractors for all the white dust he left behind. That is so absurd due to the fact that after the granite installers finished on December 5th, I spent hours cleaning up their residue, and they only left the residue in the kitchen! I only mentioned their residue to [redacted] because I did not pull out my refrigerator or stove to clean behind them when I cleaned up the dust from the granite installation. [redacted] left a fine white dust all over the furniture and fixtures in every room of my house! The last part of the business response that was included online before the cut-off was referring to [redacted]'s wife, [redacted] stated his wife took instructions from me, which is very odd, because while he was introducing me to [redacted] emphatically told me she did not speak English! I would very much like to see the rest of the response from O. T. Flooring!

Let me begin by stating that I have operated O.T. Flooring in the Austin and Central Texas area for over eight (8), and I have never had any complaint filed against me. I take pride in that flawless record, and am surprised at the nature of this...
complaint. I feel badly that any customer of mine felt it necessary to file a complaint. However there is no real factual basis to the allegations made against me by Ms. [redacted], and I will speak to each charge.
I was engaged by Ms. [redacted] on 11/**/13, and did state the job would be finished by Christmas Eve. However, unfortunately I suffered
a pretty severe injury to my back on another job. That injury left me unable to work for two weeks, as my work entails constant bending and
picking up heavy tiles and equipment. On or about 12/**/13 I notified Ms. [redacted] of my injury, and explained that I would have to delay the
start of the job, causing me not to be able to complete it by 12/**/13. Ms. [redacted] said she understood.
No walls or woodwork were ever damaged during my construction. As to the quality of installation, I have pictures which I will be more than
happy to submit to the Revdex.com depicting the excellent quality of our installation. I never saw any toilets dripping. When the
commodes were reinstalled, I checked their operation, and they worked fine without any leakage. There was one commode in the master bath
where the caulking was not finished. I tried to set a time with Ms. [redacted] in the afternoon to complete this caulking, but she flatly rejected
every time I offered to complete this caulking.
The grout was removed and redone with the sealer. Other contractors had been working in Ms. [redacted]'s home weeks prior to when I began
the flooring work. Loads of dust from that prior construction were already present in the home prior to me beginning my work. I cannot be
responsible for what other contractors did. My wife took instructions on what to clean from Ms. [redacted]. When she finished, she asked Ms.
