Review: 1) One of the owners showed me a business card with the Revdex.com logo in the corner and your web site cannot find them.2) They installed my floor without adding the thresholds which I paid for. They told me I needed an upgraded threshold. I purchased from Cali Bamboo the type and quantity that they told me to buy. It turns out the quantity wasn't enough on both types of thresholds, they mismeasured. I had to rebuy (minimum quantity) plus shipping. They now want more money to finish the install. Eventhough the cost isn't a lot of money this seems unfair for me to pay for their mistake.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like them stop using the Revdex.com symbol misleading unsuspecting customers.2) Pay for the cost of my hiring of a Cali Bamboo qualified installer to finish the install of my flooring.
