response time and availability for repairs could be better

I would like to share my rental experience with Otero Realty. Elise Otere & her crew are nothing but professional , but also very human. Elise & I have a history from many years ago, that involved our children, even tho I had nover met Elise before I rented from her, I thought it would be an akward experience, it was not.we are adults & our children are now also & we have all moved on. I have rented from this kind lady for 3 1/2 yrs. she is prompt in returning your calls incase of an emergency, she has always met my needs as a renter & has bent over backwards to help me.
