I was never released by my doctorWhen I tried to cancel my contract in December of I told *** that I was not able to do the workout that I paid forI made the sacrifice of paying $a month for a kettle bell workoutI needed strength training to take my running to the next levelTo this day I am unable to run or workout strenuouslyI am still in physical therapy for my back*** offered me in December of a modified workout but that is not what I paid for and I couldn't do much of anything anyway because of my injuryHow would *** know that my doctor released me? I never gave him permission to talk to her and he could not without my permission We all know about the *** privacy lawI should have been allowed to cancel in DecemberI should not have been charged for the balance of my contract, if you choose to use this business beware, In my case I feel it was all about the money.

Our staff contacted you on several occasions after your hold on your contract fell off form your injury. Per your contract all your terms were written out explaining to you...
what the cancelation policy was and the auto renew policy was as well. This wasn't anything that was hidden from you. Said contract did renew and staff continued to contact you to see where you had been with no response from you. I've gone ahead and issued a refund in the amount of $997 to your card on file. Please allow 10 business days for this to be refunded. Thank you,[redacted]
