Good Morning I am responding to the complaint ID***. We have submitted all claims to his new insurance in the early part of however the insurance company claims they never received the claim. We have resent them electronically and it will take time to reprocess. In the
meantime the patient will continue to receive a statement because all balances are patient responsibility until the balance is paid by the insurance company or patient.
