W brought a truck in for new tires and a oil change, In the mean time we asked them if they could clear our tire pressure sensor code and theny aid yesThey stated that we would need a new tire pressure monitor in the tire stem so they replaced one, and then they broke it and replaced it with a another new one, after they tried to clear the tire pressure code and COULD not, so they messed up our major key for the truck and almost followed everything else up, being as they were in a hurry they stated if we brought the truck back the next day they would give us a free oil change, well Once we took it to ford we found out they put in the wrong tire pressure sensors so we have to pay bucks to get those replaced again and get the key fixed I think if you have a small business you should know what correct part goes on the vehicle or just say you do not know,

Otr repoed my car and cleaned out all my personal belongings before it went to auction. Staff was friendly and I was able to get my things back
