I have never had ducts cleaned before in any home that I have lived in This company came recommended to me by a colleague I was very impressed by your professional, courteous behavior, not to mention that they did a great job cleaning my ducts They showed me both before and after photos It was the first day for one of the gentlemen and I would not have even known it, had I not asked them for years of experience I definitely would use this company again and I would recommend them
Absolutely great service all the way around! I called three different companies and Ottawa Duct Cleaning offered the best rate. Roger was great and adequately described the price for each service. I was reluctant to go with the lowest bid, but after I met with him and his team I knew I made the right decision. They were very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. They walked me through every step of the process and explained what they were doing. They also showed me the nastiness that they recovered after cleaning the ducts and vents. They didn't try to sell us anything more then what we needed. Will definitely be calling them again and recommend them to others!
