That the flyers bundle be placed in my newspaper box, and in ALL available mailboxes on ***.
The present person delivering the elasticized flyer bundle, drops the bundle on my front stoop where it is susceptible to weather conditions. I have personally asked him to place the bundle in my newspaper box affixed to the unit wall, close to the front entry door. The box is clearly visible from the roadway; the bundle is usually dropped immediately below it on the stoop. I called the Ottawa Flyer Force on Sept. 7 to complain; no one answered; so I followed instructions, and left a message, detailng my complaint. I have had no response to date from the company. As a matter of fact, the same method of delivery occured again on the evening of Sept. 13, I. e. the flyers bundle left exposed on my front stoop.

The complaint has been addressed. The reason the carrier did not previously place the flyers in the box was because the home owner put a sticker on it with instructions not to leave flyers there. The carrier informed the home owner about it. The Area Distributor has instructed the current carrier to put the flyers in the mail box as per the homeowners request.

The "carrier" (if you mean the person delivering the bundle of flyers) NEVER personally advised the occupant at ***. why he wasn't placing the flyers in box. The only comment he made to the occupant was that he was only getting $.20 per item to deliver the flyers. Management from *** telephoned to questioned the occupant of the purpose of the sticker on the newspaper box, and requested that it be removed. In fact, the delivery person was rude when he spoke to the occupant/customer. THE STICKER HAS BEEN REMOVED.

Hi ***
There is a new carrier on this route he has been advised to observe the notes on his route list.
In the following weeks ahead and until he is ready to do the route without much supervision someone with more experience will take over the delivery .The homeowner in the meantime has been given a fresh set of flyers .
