Beware of [redacted] and West Flooring, terrible customer service and horrible work I had a floor installed Last Year and please let me advise you to run and don't look back if you're considering a floor install from LowesThey destroyed the side rails and supports for my master bed by shoving the bed over instead of properly moving it He advised us that he would be leveling the subfloor in spots where the floor was low and once a second installer came out to fix his numerous mistakes, they found about pounds of sand under the padding The wood was cut with large gaps from the walls in different locations throughout the house, thus making the baseboards and quarter round not covering the gaps entirely They snapped the water line in my home and tried to get me to file a claim with my insurance instead of doing the repair on the floor that they caused themselvesOnce I called [redacted] out, he was quick to say we will be right there to fix that repair at no cost to you Well, after the flooring came up they reused to my surprise the same molded wood disguised as new wood by shifting around the wood with new wood to not get charged to the business He never managed the job always quick to text and never onsite to manage employees I also witnessed a girlfriend cutting boards until she realized I saw her and she left I had call multiple times on the poor installation and finally was assigned an inspector to verify poor installation and another installer is working out the severe mistakes Too much to type here, but you get the highlights of the frustration!!!! It's been over a year and it's still not right!!!!!

I purchased flooring from Lowe's in Augusta GA and they used West Flooring Services Inc to install it. The installation company stole food from my pantry, stole my husband's wedding ring, did not haul off the old flooring, and did not re-install the closet doors that were removed by them to install the flooring. The ring was returned after a complaint was made and someone mysteriously found it in a dumpster. We had to call 3 times to have them come back out to reinstall the doors and make a second call to have them haul off the old flooring. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in regards to my installation fees being refunded due to the inconvenience and severity of the matter, but the owner Gerald West would not comply or respond and placed the blame on Lowes. I would not trust or recommend this company to anyone to use for flooring installation.
